Mini Kind Bars
We found these at our local Costco and have been buying them there ever since. They only have 8 grams, taste delicious and keep all of our blood sugars stable using our carb ratios. For Aiyla, we have a carb ratio of 0.05 units per 1 gram, so I know if I bolus her 0.4 before she eats these (I don't even have to worry too much about the pre-bolus because they take a while to start working), she stays stable.
