Buff Bake Sandwich Cookies
I can't remember which Instagram mom posted about these cookies first, but I had them on my list of things to look for and was really excited to find them at our local Sprouts. I always like trying things out in small batches before investing in a bulk order on Amazon/Costco, etc. But these actually end up being cheaper at our local Sprouts right now ($2/pack of 4 cookies). It's kind of pricey so it's not my go to snack, but the kids like them and they are good on the blood sugar's too. It ends up being 4 grams of carbs per cookie and 3 grams of protein. We have only tried the chocolate and peanut butter flavors so far.
