We have a couple of these guys in our house. All you have to do is soak the insert in cold water for a few minutes, and it keeps your insulin nice and cool while you are on the go. We like to carry our insulin with us wherever we go (we've had one too many failed pods or low reservoirs while out of the house to count). We fit our insulin vial, a couple of syringes in case of an emergency and batteries just in case. They can also fit insulin pens if you are using those. I highly recommend these because they don't require too much advance prepping, and they are really discreet. And most importantly, they work!!
