Siggi's Yogurt Tubes

Yogurt has kind of been our nemesis. Greek yogurt started out as a great snack for Aiyla when she was diagnosed. It kept her stable through the night, and she loves it. But we've tried most of the brands I can think of out there, and all of them seem to spike all 3 of us while were sleeping. I honestly haven't tried an extended bolus for half of the protein (I'll try that on myself soon and report back). But in the meantime, these siggi's yogurt tubes have been pretty good. There are so few carbs in them and they work for both of our kids. We get them at our local Sprouts.
